Introducing the Northern Ontario Home Builders’ Association

The Sudbury and District Home Builders' Association has been rebranded

The Sudbury and Districts Home Builders’ Association has rebranded itself the Northern Ontario Home Builders’ Association.

“This change reflects years of growth, expanded regional partnerships, and the increasing role the association plays in supporting the residential construction industry across Northern Ontario,” according to a media release issued by the organization.

In the release, CEO Morgan Rouleau said, “This new name aligns with the reality of who we serve today: builders, renovators, suppliers, and industry partners across Northern Ontario. NOHBA represents our future and strengthens our unified voice across the region.”

The release notes that the new name reflects:

  • A broader service area and member base
  • Stronger regional housing advocacy
  • Enhanced collaboration with multiple Northern Ontario municipalities
  • A modernized brand aligned with long-term growth and leadership

“This name change is more than a rebrand. It’s a reflection of our commitment to Northern Ontario’s communities and the homebuilding industry,” Rouleau said.
