Sudbury resilience and well-being expert, speaker and author Lisa Lounsbury has announced the release of her newest book, “Making Wellness a Priority Toolkit.”

Designed as the hands-on companion to her original book, “Making Wellness a Priority,” this toolkit provides readers with the structure, reflection tools and practical exercises they need to move from simply reading about wellness to actively living it.

The original book, “Making Wellness a Priority,” has inspired readers around the world with its blend of personal stories, evidence-based strategies, and motivational insights.

The new Toolkit builds on that foundation, guiding readers through exercises to:

• Clarify personal priorities

• Identify and overcome barriers to well-being

• Build resilience through sustainable habits

• Stay accountable with structured worksheets and action plans

Together, the two books offer a complete wellness system — readers can enjoy them as a combined experience or treat them as stand-alone resources.

The Toolkit works perfectly for those ready to put concepts into practice, while the original book offers inspiration and context to strengthen the journey.

Lounsbury highlights the value of the Toolkit not only for individuals, but also for organizations.

“Employers are always looking for meaningful ways to support the well-being of their teams,” she said.

“This Toolkit is ideal to share during wellness days, professional development sessions, or as part of new workplace well-being initiatives. It’s a resource that staff can keep and use long after the event is over.”

With decades of experience as a global wellness educator and speaker, and as the founder of

New Day Wellness Inc., Lounsbury has empowered thousands of leaders and employees across industries such as mining, construction, health care and finance, said a press release.

Her mission is to make wellness a non-negotiable priority in both personal lives and workplaces.

More information on ordering Lounsbury’s books is available through her website.
