We were blessed to learn many valuable lessons from Michael during his 94.5 years - He was born May 26th, 1931, in Creighton. He attended Sudbury Tech where he was an avid sports enthusiast, played hockey, football, ran track and was an honour student - Those were the days!

In his early life Michael did stints at a Silverman Men’s wear as a male model – Handsome Mike was his name & he loved his position as an greeter at the Capitol Theater .Michael’s first full time position was with Inco in Sudbury but that was not for him. He was an entrepreneur at heart and went into business at a very early age.

The lifetime of accomplishments is enveloped in a long chapter of diversity, with successes beginning as an Insurance Agent with Sykes, then to Gougeon and his own 50 year plus Real Estate & Insurance Independent Company success. He was a Lifetime Member of the Sudbury Real Estate Board, a real estate investor developer, multi family owner & franchise holder of Halliday Homes. The Real Estate company till exists today almost a century later known as Narozanski North Realty.

He was known as the King of Kensington in downtown Sudbury & was one the founding Fathers of the Sudbury Farmers Market. In another venture he co-ordinated the wind generator project with Thermax at Science North - way before green energy was popular.

Michael met Beverley at his Insurance & Real Estate Brokerage when she applied for a position - At that time the company was named Narozanski Vendetti - Bev obtained both Brokers licenses to assist him in a successful operation of their business for over 50 years.

Bev was the love of Michael’s life.

Together they shared joy and deep friendship throughout their long and happy marriage.

Michael’s solid work ethic and tireless commitment to his endeavours throughout his life were remarkable. It was his manner that earned him the greatest respect and admiration of his family, friends, colleagues, and associates. His involvement in the community reached many sporting avenues including the Sudbury Masters Running Club where he ran and achieved five marathons - favourably known as the Godfather of the Masters . He loved playing Softball, having his own team. Michael was an owner of a Junior Hockey team, cycling was a passion, he loved cross country skiing and he also accomplished completing a Solo Event at the Beaton Classic! From a Marathon runner to Bocce wizard, he was a great competitor at heart. Michael was also long-standing member of the Knights of Columbus - a 4th degree Knight through which he built lifelong friendships and served his community with dedication.

Upon his retirement, Bevy and Michael moved to Manitoulin Island to their home on Pepper Point in Sheguiandah and spent great quality time with Baba. On Manitoulin Island, Michael embraced a slower pace of life while remaining deeply connected to his faith. A devoted Catholic, he attended church weekly and sang in the church choir, finding great peace and purpose in his faith. Together with Beverly, he also enjoyed numerous winters as a snowbird in Florida, creating cherished memories along the way with family and friends.

Throughout Michael’s life, he was dedicated to his family. A man, so deeply loved, who will be missed, but remembered fondly for having enriched the lives of so many he encountered. Above all else, he treasured time with his family and took great pride in gathering them together, always raising a glass to toast “Sto Lat” - a celebration of life, love, & togetherness that will forever echo in the hearts of those who knew him. Michael will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for his generosity, faith, humor and unwavering devotion to his family.

What a wonderful life! He lived it his way!

Friends will be able to celebrate his life at a later date, it will be announced in early May & a Mass will be held at Christ the King Church & St. Bernards Church in Little Current.
