City’s Older Adult Advisory Panel seeking new member

Greater Sudbury residents age 50 and older invited to apply to fill a vacancy on the panel

The city is now accepting applications from Greater Sudbury residents age 50 or over to fill a vacancy on the Older Adult Advisory Panel. 

“The Older Adult Advisory Panel promotes, supports and enhances quality of life for older adults in Greater Sudbury through consultation, education, advice and advocacy,” the city said in a news release. “Members bring valuable expertise and insight to inform the municipality on specific priorities and ensure resident perspectives are reflected in council decisions.”

Application forms are available:

  • Online: greatersudbury.ca/signon
  • By mail: Call 311 to request a mailed copy
  • In person: visit your nearest Greater Sudbury Library branch (including Citizen Service Centres) or stop by the One-Stop Services counter at Tom Davies Square

Applications must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 28.
