Sudbury Local Immigration Partnership (SLIP)
The SLIP works to ensure that Greater Sudbury is a welcoming place for all newcomers.

With oversight from the Sudbury Local Immigration Partnership (SLIP) and the City of Greater Sudbury Mayor, Paul Lefebvre, the Greater Together campaign highlights the city’s commitment to multiculturalism and inclusion. SLIP consists of a 21-member board of directors, including representatives from community and business organizations, municipal staff, and other stakeholders who support newcomer retention and settlement. The SLIP is funded by the Government of Canada and operates within the City of Greater Sudbury’s Economic Development Division.
