The Biggest Little Theatre Company (BLTC) is thrilled to announce its next production: Mean Girls Jr., featuring an all-teen cast (yes, you heard that right). It’s bold. It’s ćerce.
It’s totally fetch — and it’s coming to Blezard Valley Oct. 21-26.
When Cady Heron moves from the wilds of Kenya to suburban Illinois, high school hits differently than she ever expected.
She’s naïve, she’s new, and navigating the cliques of North Shore High is a full-on rollercoaster. Enter Janis and Damian — misćts with sass — who take Cady under their wing. But when The Plastics (Regina, Gretchen, and Karen) invite Cady into their inner circle, things spiral.
Cady goes undercover, the stakes get personal, and the “Burn Book” makes its chaotic entrance. Can Cady stay true to herself? Or will she lose her friends — and herself — trying to be popular?
Think high school drama, iconic one-liners, and catchy tunes — all rolled into one show that’s as relevant now as ever.
The show runs Oct. 21-24 at 6:30 p.m. and Oct. 25-26 at noon at 2891 Martin Rd. in Blezard Valley. Purchase tickets online here.
Located in Blezard Valley, BLTC is more than a theatre — it’s a community hub where kids of all ages grow, play, and express themselves.
